Design Response
The structure was strategically positioned south of the main residence between it and an adjacent building. Deciduous trees along the southern boundary provide screening from neighbouring properties. Views are intentionally oriented eastward towards the road and countryside, framed by cedar-clad forms. Materials include natural stone and zinc roofing. The programme comprises ground-floor carport, gym and storage; upper-level family room, office, washroom and terrace featuring a focal fire and hot tub.
