Client Aspirations

Design Response

The project involved reconfiguring the dwelling by adding a stair with upstairs bedroom and bathroom in the loft and removing internal walls on the ground floor to create an open plan living/dining/kitchen space. Enhanced glazing provides garden connection and views towards the Phoenix Park's natural stone wall, whilst strategically positioned rooflights maximise daylight penetration.
