Design Response
The architects presented two options; clients selected alterations and extension to the existing home. The redesigned property features contemporary styling with a duplex-style living arrangement, open-plan kitchen and dining zones, four ensuite bedrooms, utility and games facilities. Permanent covered exterior areas with an outdoor fireplace were incorporated to maximise year-round use and optimise sunset views.
